Craig has over 30 years of real estate experience. He headed up one of the country’s leading bank’s national retail property portfolio and was a real estate agent prior to joining the team. He has many years of experience in people, financial, project and facilities management.

Jaco Janse van Vuuren: Branch Manager / Sandown Property Owners Association Precinct  and Portfolio Manager

Jaco joined our team in 2018 and has been making an impact ever since.

With years of experience in construction, facilities, accounting, and management, Jaco brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his role. He is known for his hands-on approach, tackling any challenge with determination and a can-do attitude. His exceptional skills in organization and leadership makes him an asset for our company.

But what sets Jaco apart is his unwavering dedication and passion for his work. He believes in making a difference both in the field and the office and is committed to building and maintaining strong relationships with everyone he encounters.

Braam Karsten : Deputy Precinct Manager

Braam is an experienced construction professional with a passion for safety and compliance.

With years of experience under his belt, Braam brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our team. He is a certified Health and Safety Incident Investigator, and he takes great pride in his work and is dedicated to ensuring that his clients receive the best possible service. We are confident that his expertise and dedication will continue to drive our success.

Chanté started working during high school which has proven her dedication and love of challenges as she climbed the corporate ladder to where she is now. She has over 4 years of Sectional Title experience as well as real estate experience.

Adriana Henning: Office Administrator and Assistant Scheme Manager.

With over 17 years of hands-on experience in customer service, Adriana is a true expert when it comes to working with people. She is known for always going the extra mile to ensure that our customers are satisfied with the service they receive.

In addition to her customer service expertise, Adriana is also accustomed to addressing the changing needs of an office environment. She is a true team player and offers support to her colleagues whenever it is needed. Her positive attitude and willingness to lend a helping hand make her a valuable asset to our team.

Joanne has many years of working in customers service and studied conveyancing secretary at SA Lawschool.  She also obtained a certificate in Office Administration whilst working at a Law Company. Always passionate at what she does and willing to walk the extra mile.

Lee-Anne Karsten: Sagewood Estate Manager 

Lee-Anne Karsten is a highly experienced community schemes manager with over 15 years of experience in the field. Lee-Anne's expertise and knowledge of managing community schemes are highly respected, making her an asset to our organization.

She is a qualified journalist and media manager with a passion for effective communication and conflict resolution. She completed her certificate for the Paddox Sectional Title and HOA Scheme Management through the University of Cape Town, which has equipped her with the necessary knowledge and skills to manage community schemes effectively.In addition to her academic qualifications, Lee-Anne is also certified in mediation and conciliation, as well as an Initiator and holds a Disciplinary Procedure diploma from SEESA. These certifications demonstrate her commitment to promoting fairness and ethical practices in all her dealings with clients and stakeholders. Lee-Anne is committed to providing exceptional service to all our clients. She is passionate about empowering communities and helping them achieve their goals.
