Unless otherwise agreed in writing with Lime Property Management, your agreement with Lime Property Management will always include, at a minimum, the Terms and Conditions set out in this document. 
Your agreement with LIME PROPERTY MANAGEMENT will also include the Terms and Conditions of any Legal Notices applicable to Lime Property Management, in addition to these Terms and Conditions as and when needed as well as The Privacy Policy and POPIA Act active at date of use of this Website or any of the Platforms of Lime Property Management.

4. "Customer, Client or User" 
   Someone who accesses, browses, crawls, scrapes, or in any way uses The Owner’s Platforms.

You as a Customer, Client, member or User of This Website and/or and/or of The Owner’s Platforms.

Companies providing Services to you on behalf of The Owner.

Language of the Terms and Conditions

You agree, understand and accept that these Terms and Conditions are governed only by the English version of the
Terms and Conditions. If there is any contradiction between what the English language version of the Terms and Conditions says and what a translation says, then the English language version shall take precedence.

In order to ensure the security and reliable operation of our Platforms for all Users, Lime Property Management reserves the right at its discretion to take whatever action it finds necessary to preserve the security, integrity and reliability of its network and any and all related applications.  Any user who commits any of offences detailed in the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act and/or POPIA or Privacy Acts, will, notwithstanding criminal prosecution, be liable for all resulting liability, including but not limited to cost, loss or damages suffered and/or incurred by Lime Property Management and its officers, directors, employees, agents, subsidiaries, affiliated companies, business partners, licensors and any third-party involved.

• If any court of law, having the jurisdiction to decide on this matter, rules that any provision of these Terms and Conditions is invalid, then that provision will be removed from
  The Terms and Conditions without affecting the rest of The Terms and Conditions. The remaining provisions of The Terms and Conditions will continue to be valid and enforceable.

• If LIME PROPERTY MANAGEMENT does not exercise or enforce any legal right or remedy which is contained in The Terms and Conditions (or which The Provider has the benefit of under any applicable law), this will not be taken to be a formal waiver of The Provider’s rights and that those rights or remedies will still be available to The Provider at any time the Provider chooses to take action within legal limits.

• You agree that The Provider may provide you with notices, including those regarding changes to The Terms and Conditions, by email, regular mail, or postings on the Services.

• We may update these terms and conditions at any time and in our sole discretion.  Any such change will be effective from the date of being posted on our Platforms.
