Dear Sir/Madam As one of the Trustees of the Clairwood Body Corporate, I can attest to the fact that as a Body Corporate, we are very happy with the services of Lime Property Management. Although the name is not familiar to many, the company has been around for a number of years under the name of Strata Management Services, a division of Clint Riddin and Associates (CRA), a company specialising in Sectional Title Property Accounting. The Body Corporate of Clairwood has been attended to and supported by the services of CRA since 2012, and later through the subsidiary office of CRA, namely Lime Property Management. The company is small enough to care and take personal interest in a scheme and its owners, but also brings with it a wealth of experience and professionalism in the team it has assembled in its current capacity. As a trustee who has served on the Body Corporate at various intervals under a number of different managing agents over the years, I can assure you that Lime is of the best. Personally, I have been very happy with their services and would certainly recommend them to anyone who is considering changing their managing agents. I am sure the other trustees would say the same.

As you know Lime Property Management has been managing our building for a number of years now. During that time we have had the pleasure of dealing with some very fine people who have managed our account. Over the last 2 years or so Chante Louw has been allocated to our account in the capacity of Portfolio Manager and I just wanted to take this opportunity to give some feedback of our experience of working with Chante. Chante has been an absolute pleasure to deal with. She is extremely professional, her attention to detail is second to none, her dedication to delivering a quality service to all the residents of the building and the trustees assists us in making sure the building management operates like a well oiled machine. Any queries that arise are quickly turned around, any maintenance issues are quickly dealt with and she has proven invaluable to the trustees when it comes to arranging and running annual general meetings which are arranged timeously and properly documented. Chante is a real asset to our building and a real asset to Lime. We look forward to continuing to work closely with Chante to make sure our building is well managed and a pleasure for all residents and shop owners who live and work there.
